Kids Birthday "TV Kids Backstage" - Exclusive Tour

This birthday package consists of:

• TV Backstage Tour

CONTENTS:
Once behind the scenes of film and TV productions, visit the control room, make-up or outdoor sets or travel to the Caribbean or the Eiffel Tower in front of the green screen. These are just a few of the possibilities offered to your birthday guests, depending on the day and availability. Here the children learn how television works and what is really behind it.

In addition, a short video about the use of visual effects (VFX) in television series and films is shown and the participants can become active themselves in front of the celebrity wall or green screen wall.

Quiz questions will never leave the young and old guests bored. At the end of the tour, there is a photo opportunity in front of the celebrity wall. The birthday boy or girl can take their Polaroid photo home as a present.

PRICES* & PARTICIPANTS:

• Exclusive-Tour: 200,00 €* all-inclusive up to 15 persons, of which max. 4 adults
• age: suitable for children from 6 years up to max. 16 years old
• additional persons possible by arrangement and for an extra charge

ADDITIONS - at certain times and in case of foreign languages the price of the tour increases as follows

• evening tours start from 20:00 20,00 €* one time per group
• on Sundays and public holidays 20,00 €* once per group
• for foreign languages 20,00 €* once per group - please inform us about your wish
• Note: The maximum surcharge per group is 40,00 €*. Therefore, even if three surcharges are due per guided tour, please enter only two.
• * All prices are final consumer prices according to § 25 UStG. For companies, depending on the taxation, the statutory VAT will be charged additionally. According to this paragraph we are subject to the special regulation for travel agencies within the taxation of travel services. For private individuals, a separate UStG is therefore not allowed.

Arrival by train:
From Cologne main station take streetcar line 5 direction Butzweilerhof/Ossendorf to
last stop "Sparkasse am Butzweilerhof". Further 8-10 minutes walk, see map.

Arrival by car A57 exit Longerich:
Coming from Cologne, follow the signs to "Butzweilerhof" and "Medienzentrum". Turn left onto "Millitärringstraße", next left onto "Alte Escher Straße", then turn right onto "Von-Hünefeld- Straße".
Coming from Krefeld/Neuss, go straight across the intersection onto "Von-Hünefeld- Straße". MMC is located on the left side. There is a large parking lot in front of the building.

Parking fee: 3,50 € / 1 hour - each additional hour 2,50 €. There are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

The tour is suitable for strollers and wheelchairs.

We ask for appropriate clothing. The studio rooms are not heated and the studio tour also takes place on the outdoor area.

Please note that MMC Studios is not a museum or a scenery park, but an active production facility where the many shows, series and movies you love to watch on TV or in the cinema are filmed every day. Therefore, please understand that we cannot show you all studios and rooms on the MMC premises due to production reasons, that we are not allowed to visit rehearsals and shoots in progress, and that there may be changes to the program at short notice due to ongoing productions and work processes.
