1. Use of your data for the order winding up, and Event or Reservation Inquiries
In principle, every user can visit our website www.helikon-events.de, www.tv-studiofuehrung.de (hereinafter referred to for all websites only) without leaving any personal data. The use of all functionalities of the shop, e.g. ticket purchase, is only possible after the personal data of the user has been entered. For this purpose, the user must provide his name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Helikon-Events GmbH (hereinafter only referred to as Helikon) processes the personal data of the user (hereinafter also referred to as "person concerned") in compliance with the data protection provisions applicable to the contract. The personal and contractual data shall be collected, processed and used by the User in an automated procedure to the extent necessary for the establishment, design or amendment of the contractual relationship.
If it is necessary for the fulfilment of the concluded contracts to transmit this data to third parties commissioned with the execution of the contract - e.g. to accommodation, tour guides or in the context of ticket or programme bookings - this is done with express reference to the European Directive and Ordinance Generator (hereinafter referred to as ERV).
Otherwise, Helikon will not pass on data to third parties unless the user has given his express consent, which he can revoke at any time without stating reasons to Helikon.
Prior to the event for which a booking has been made, third parties may (if necessary by e-mail or telephone) process important and helpful information (e.g. access route and parking facilities) for visiting the event. These refer, for example, to information sent directly by Helikon, the organizer or the venue. The information mentioned under 1 above is processed for this service.

Any person concerned by the processing of personal data shall have the right granted by the ERV to request the controller to restrict the processing if one of the following conditions is met:
The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject for a period of time which allows the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
The processing is unlawful and the data subject refuses to erase the personal data and instead requests that the use of the personal data be restricted.
The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data subject needs them for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal rights.
The data subject has lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 (1) DSGVO and it is not yet clear whether the legitimate reasons of the data controller outweigh those of the data subject.
If one of the above conditions is met and a data subject wishes to request the restriction of personal data stored at Helikon, he can contact our data controller at any time. (see point 7)
f) Your right to data transfer
Any data subject involved in the processing of personal data shall have the right granted by the ERV to obtain personal data concerning him or her which have been provided by the data subject to a controller in a structured, common and machine-readable format. It shall also have the right to communicate such data to another controller without interference from the controller to whom the personal data have been disclosed, provided that the processing is based on the consent referred to in Article 6(1)(a) DSGVO or Article 9(2)(a) DSGVO or on a contract referred to in Article 6(1)(b) DSGVO and that the processing is carried out by automated means, provided that the processing is not necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller. Furthermore, when exercising his right to data transferability pursuant to Art. 20 para. 1 DSGVO, the data subject shall have the right to obtain that the personal data be transferred directly from one data controller to another data controller, insofar as this is technically feasible and insofar as this does not impair the rights and freedoms of other persons. In order to assert the right to data transfer, the person concerned may at any time contact the person responsible at Helikon.
g) Your right to object
Any person concerned by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the ERV to object at any time, on grounds relating to his/her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(e) or (f) DSGVO. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions.
In the event of objection, Helikon will no longer process the personal data unless we can prove compelling grounds for processing worthy of protection which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the person concerned, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
If Helikon processes personal data in order to conduct direct advertising, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of the personal data for the purpose of such advertising. This also applies to profiling in so far as it is connected with such direct advertising. If the data subject objects to processing by Helikon for direct marketing purposes, Helikon will no longer process the personal data for these purposes.
In order to exercise the right to object, the data subject may contact the person responsible at Helikon directly.
h) Automated decisions in individual cases including profiling
Any person data subject to the processing of personal data shall have the right granted by the ERV not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects upon him or her or significantly affects him or her in a similar manner, unless the decision is (1) necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and the controller, or (2) required by Union or local law or regulation, or (3) is contrary to the law of the Member State in which the data are processed.
In order to make the offer of the shops as pleasant as possible for the user, so-called cookies are used. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the user's hard drive. Cookies are used for the so-called shopping cart function as well as for the creation of statistics on the use of the ticket shop in order to constantly improve the offer for the user. Helikon does not use any technologies that combine information generated by cookies with user data in order to determine the identity of the user. In principle, the shop can also be used without cookies, but this can lead to a limited functionality of the shop. Web browsers can be set so that cookies are accepted or rejected generally or on a case-by-case basis.
4. Web Analysis
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
In view of the discussion about the use of analysis tools with complete IT addresses, we would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizelp()" and therefore IT addresses are only processed in abbreviated form in order to exclude the possibility of direct contact with persons.
You can also find more detailed information on this at www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html (general information on Google Analytics and data protection).
5. External Links
Within our website there may be links to the pages of other providers. Since Helikon has no influence on these websites, we recommend that the user inquire about any information on data protection that may be available there. Helikon assumes no responsibility for the content of linked sites.
6. Social Networks
On our website so-called social plug-ins of the social network facebook.com are available. Operator of the network is Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (hereinafter "Facebook"). When a page of the shop containing a social plug-in (e.g. the Like button) is opened, the user's browser establishes a connection to the Facebook servers and loads the content required for the social plug-ins. Facebook receives the web address of the ticket shop called up by the user, the date and time of the call as well as the IP address of the user. If the user is logged in to Facebook at the same time, Facebook can assign the page visit to the user's Facebook account. If the user clicks the Like button in the shop, this information is also transmitted to Facebook and stored there. If a transfer to Facebook is not to take place, the user must log out of Facebook before visiting the shop. If the user of the shop is not a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to find out and save the corresponding IP address. Helikon has no influence on the content of the plug-ins and the transmission of information to Facebook. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as the relevant rights and setting options to protect the privacy of the user can be found in the Facebook Data Protection Guidelines (available at www.facebook.com/policy.php).
